A few years back I saw on the internet where a veteran sailor, who was named Sailor Jerri, wrote her own lyrics for her version of Hallelujah. She titled it a Veterans Hallelujah. When I listened to it I loved the lyrics but when I added to the music I had it came out shorter than the music. I was blessed to add my lyrics to Sailor Jerri's to finish to the music. I have shared this song at nursing homes on Veteran's Day but wanted to create this video in honor of all the true veterans and for this Memorial Day weekend. The lyrics I was blessed with start at 2:15 of the video.
